How to cancel your membership

Step 1: Log in to your account. 

Step 2: From the My Account Menu, click on "My Membership"

Step 3: Click on the "View Billing" button 

Step 4: Click on the "CANCEL" button to cancel your membership.

Remember that you can always use the chat feature if you run into problems.
